We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our existing professional and friendly Reception team here at Stobo Castle Health Spa, Scotland’s only destination spa.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests on arrival
  • Attending to their needs throughout their stay
  • Invoicing & collecting payments
  • Banking and telephone enquiries

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and people skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work to a high degree of accuracy
  • Flexibility to cover holidays would also be beneficial
