We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our existing professional and friendly Reception team here at Stobo Castle Health Spa, Scotland’s only destination spa.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests on arrival
- Attending to their needs throughout their stay
- Invoicing & collecting payments
- Banking and telephone enquiries
Qualifications:
- Good communication and people skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Able to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Flexibility to cover holidays would also be beneficial
