Job Description
Stobarts are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join us at our depot in Doncaster supporting Asda, one of the UK’s largest supermarket retailers. This role is primarily trunking to and from Distribution Centres; however, there will be a requirement to support General Haulage activities as and when needed, including Warehouse and Store deliveries, and supporting the wider Stobarts network.
The roles are full time, working on a permanent basis, with ideal shift patterns available on Days:
- Sunday to Thursday Days
- Tuesday to Saturday Days
- Wednesday to Sunday Days
Shifts typically start between 08:00 - 11:00. We offer flexibility in shift patterns, so if these start dates and times don’t quite suit your availability, let us know what you’re looking for; we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Pay Rates:
We have increased our pay rates, with rates now ranging from £15.15 to £18.96 per hour, depending on shift, giving you even more reason to build your driving career with us.

- Saturday and Sunday Day Shift - £18.15 per hour
