Job Description We are now recruiting for a Fleet Administration Manager at our Appleton Thorn site on a full time, permanent basis. Working hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) As the Fleet Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the fleet admin and maintenance function within the fleet team, as well as ensuring department objectives are achieved through a positive working environment and flexible approach. Key Duties include: Managing the team to ensure all fleet service and maintenance processes are operated within legal compliance. Managing invoiced revenue including weekly and monthly miscellaneous invoicing. Acting as the point of escalation for the team, communicating with key personnel, including dealer and repair networks and Planning Team.
