Job Description: We are now recruiting for Fleet Administrators at our Appleton Thorn site to provide effective administrative support to the Transport Department and Fleet Manager.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

Salary: Up to £27,031 per annum DOE

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a busy transport operation, playing a key role in ensuring fleet compliance, efficiency, and accurate record management.

Key duties of a Fleet Administrator:

  • Administration and data entry to maintain the Company's tachograph system.
  • Monitoring and maintaining all maintenance records relating to the company fleet and Operator Licence.
  • Undertaking daily validation of the department VOR/Service board and escalation of potential service slippage to the O Licence holder(s).
  • Inputting and monitoring drivers' holidays and sickness absence, maintaining the TruTac system.
  • Overseeing accuracy and completion of all defect and service records for storage in line with company standard.
  • Accurate onboarding and exit control of all fleet within the company, maintaining all systems and records as defined.
  • Regularly updating the WTD system, ensuring the data is up to date and accurate.
  • Creating and providing daily reports to the Transport department regarding missing mileage.
  • Management of all tag accounts, i.e. DART, Severn, M6 Toll. Maintain accurate records of each tag.
