Eddie Stobart is currently looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team in Goole.
The role is based on a Tesco site in Goole and involves Stores, RDCs, Warehouse deliveries, and general haulage work. You will be using various Tesco and ESL Kit. The role may include manual handling, drop and swaps, and trunking.
Shifts:
- Thursday-Monday Days – 07:00am-11:00am start times.
- Sunday-Thursday Nights – 15:00pm-23:00pm start times.
- Tuesday-Saturday Nights – 15:00pm-23:00pm start times.
- Monday-Friday Nights – 15:00pm-23:00pm start times.

Salary:
- Mon-Fri Days – £14.50/hr (including Meal allowance and tier payments)
- Mon-Fri Night Shift – £15.80/hr (including Meal allowance and tier payments)
- Saturday and Sunday Day Shift – £17.50/hr (including Meal allowance and tier payments)
- Saturday and Sunday Night Shift – £18.00/hr (including Meal allowance and tier payments)
- Bank Holidays – £18.31/hr (including Meal allowance and tier payments)
Qualifications:
- Valid C+E Licence, CPC & Tacho Card.
- No more than 6 points on your Licence; no DD/DR convictions.
- Understanding of Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
- Ability to perform vehicle checks and report defects.
- Compliance with on-site health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills.
