£22,764 PA - with review after probation – night shift premium additional £3,285 PA

Four days on/Four days off shift pattern working 6pm to 6am.

We specialize in the manufacture of high precision machined components for the automotive sector and are committed to producing quality products and services and have achieved IATF: 16949:2016 automotive quality management standard.

You will be central to maintaining our reputation as you use precision measuring equipment to inspect components, ensuring that any defects are noted and all failures prevented. Your main job responsibilities are ensuring the quality of the end product. Your main tasks will be measuring and checking that machined parts are correct and meet specification. You will be using hand-held and specialised measuring equipment, you will handle, inspect, and pack components into pallets for despatch using pallet trucks and lifting equipment.

In addition to a competitive salary with regular reviews, you will enjoy a non-contractual bonus scheme paid out quarterly after one year of service. A pension scheme (with 3% employer contribution), holiday purchase scheme, length of service holiday entitlement accrual from year 5 of employment, life assurance, employee assistance program and free corporate uniform.
