- Assist in obtaining and preparing essential shipping documents, including CITES, FDA, USDA, and APHA UK certifications, to ensure seamless international transit.
- Assemble and validate temperature-controlled packaging units to maintain product integrity during transit.
- Keep clients and internal systems updated on shipment progress, ensuring transparency until completion.
- Perform various office and warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.
- Participate in an on-call roster for evenings and weekends to address urgent matters, with potential for compensated overtime in line with UK employment regulations.
Experience:
- A minimum of three years in a managerial role, preferably within logistics or supply chain management.
