Position Description
- Perform internal audits
- Maintain the HACCP system
- Write quality and hygiene procedures
- Manage QMS in conjunction with the Technical Manager. This includes BRC, ISO 14001, AIB, RSPO and customer-specific requirements.
- Advise other departments in maintaining compliance
- Prepare monthly reports
- Oversee other QA functions
Experience
- 4+ years of food manufacturing experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining a food-based QMS (e.g. BRC), procedure and policy writing
- HACCP level 3 or above
