If you want to accelerate your commercial ability by five years in eighteen months, keep reading. This role is about one thing: driving deposits and building trust at speed. Stoa is an early stage fintech startup hiring a confident, people-first graduate to originate individual and SME deposits into Stoa Pots. You will generate new clients and convert high-earning professionals and SME businesses into active deposit holders.
What the role involves:
- Building a deposit pipeline from scratch
- Originating new deposits from both individuals and SMEs
- Starting conversations with professionals and business owners across London including the City and Canary Wharf
- Engaging SME founders and decision makers about holding business deposits with Stoa
- Representing Stoa at networking events, conferences and professional venues
- Organising and hosting in-person events and webinars
- Building targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to finance, technology, legal, media and engineering professionals and SME founders
- Sending direct email outreach and managing structured follow ups
- Explaining a regulated financial product clearly and confidently to both individuals and businesses
- Converting conversations into locked 12 to 24 month Stoa Pots
- Managing your own pipeline and reporting weekly on activity and deposits generated
