Stoa Recruitment are recruiting skilled Site Fitters on behalf of an established steel fabrication business in Batley, West Yorkshire. Two Site Fitter positions are available on a temp-to-perm basis, with a permanent contract for the right fitter based on performance.
The Role
As a Site Fitter, you will be installing architectural staircases, balustrades, handrails, and glass panels in mild and stainless steel. You will work from site packs, lead semi-skilled fitters on site, and take real ownership of delivering a quality finish on time and to standard every time. This is a role for a Site Fitter who takes pride in the work and wants a permanent position with a business that values skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and fit architectural metalwork stairs, balustrades, handrails, and glass panels
- Work from site packs including RAMS, drawings, parts lists, and bolt lists
