Stoa Recruitment are looking for a CE Car Transporter Driver — a temp-to-perm contract for a driver who turns up, does the work, and takes pride in doing it properly.
The Role Most drivers want consistency, fair pay, and to be treated like a professional.
That's what Stoa Recruitment are offering.
You'll be operating a car transporter, moving brand new vehicles to businesses, and private addresses across the UK.
The miles are real, the responsibility is real, and so is the path to a permanent contract.
Early starts from 4am.
Two to three nights out per week, every week — that's the role, and it suits the right person well.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Loading and securing new vehicles with the care they deserve — these are someone's first impression of a car they've waited for
- Executing multi-drop routes across the UK, managing your time and adapting when plans change
- Delivering to commercial sites, and private addresses — each requiring precision and professionalism
- Completing vehicle inspections, tachograph records, and delivery documentation accurately and without shortcuts
- Being the last face a customer sees before they take the keys — that moment matters
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 1 C+E licence — essential
- In-date CPC & Tachograph card
- Car transporter experience preferred — full training provided for the right candidate
- Able to commit to 2–3 nights out per week, every week — this is non-negotiable
- Reliable early starter — 4am begins are standard here
- Professional, reliable, and customer-aware
What's In It For You Stoa Recruitment don't believe in keeping good drivers on temporary contracts longer than necessary. Perform well, and a permanent offer follows.
- £25.00 nights out allowance — every night away
- Consistent work from week one
- Temp-to-perm structure built on performance, not politics
Not Your Average Agency Most agencies place you and move on.
Stoa works differently.
Every shift you work earns you loyalty points — hit certain thresholds and those points convert directly into cash bonuses, paid straight through your weekly wage.
Turn up consistently, cover shifts when needed, refer someone good — it all counts and it all pays.
It's our way of making sure the people who show up and deliver are the ones who actually benefit from being on our books.
