YOUR ROLE

  • You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process.
  • You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
  • Co-project lead on the TA and ONB project, creating and managing a required content list for the new system.
  • Assess current landscape of vendors and ensure best ROI of RPO vendors.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Master degree in human resources, sciences or similar.
  • 5 years of HR experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office suite…; English business proficiency.
