YOUR ROLE
- You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process.
- You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Co-project lead on the TA and ONB project, creating and managing a required content list for the new system.
- Assess current landscape of vendors and ensure best ROI of RPO vendors.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Master degree in human resources, sciences or similar.
- 5 years of HR experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office suite…; English business proficiency.
