The role
St Michael's Hospice is seeking a Clinical Education and Quality Nurse to drive clinical excellence by combining workforce training, education programs, and quality governance functions.
In this vital role, you will design innovative learning initiatives, lead audits and safety frameworks, and act as the Deputy Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer to ensure high standards of person-centred palliative care.
The post holder will contribute to developing andmaintaininga highly skilled clinical workforce and a strong culture of safety,qualityand continuous improvement across the Hospice.
