St Michael’s Hospice in Hastings is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our integrated community nursing team on an "As and When Required" contract. The role involves providing highest quality care and support to patients and their families, advising and monitoring patients in their own homes, and working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, be registered to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
