St Wiifrid's Hospice in Eastbourne seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a Palliative Virtual Wards pilot, delivering and evaluating its impact within a joined-up neighbourhood care plan.
You will work across clinical, finance and data teams with system partners, overseeing delivery, governance, risk and reporting, and shaping future services beyond the pilot. This is a 12-month secondment with a salary band 47,810–54,710.
