The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

We seek to appoint enthusiastic and forward-thinking individuals to join our school community in the role of 1:1 SEND teaching assistants, required from September 2026 and based at the College. The hours are 27.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday), term time only. The post is funded for a named pupil and its continuation is subject to that funding and the pupil remaining at the College.

Your job will be:

  • to support the educational, personal, and social development of a student with special educational needs and disabilities;
  • to establish positive working relations with the student and parents/carers to assist student progress and attainment.
