St Margaret’s is seeking to appoint an engaging, dynamic and self-motivated full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support department. The postholder will work with pupils both inside and outside the classroom, supporting pupils with a range of learning needs. Applications are particularly welcome from candidates with an enthusiasm for supporting pupils in their literacy; as part of their duties, the successful candidate will also run our library at break and lunchtimes and support the work of our literacy co-ordinator.

You will be hard working and reliable with the ability to engage, motivate and enthuse pupils in their learning. A recognised learning support qualification would be desirable.
