Deputy Grounds Manager – Full Time

Salary: c.£35,000 per annum dependent on experience

Full time hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

We have an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Grounds Manager to join our Grounds Team. The role will work in conjunction with the Estates Team and will support the Grounds Manager in the smooth running of the School site.

As Deputy Grounds Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all outdoor spaces, including sports pitches, landscaped areas, and general grounds. You will deputise for the Grounds Manager during periods of absence, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have strong grounds maintenance experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality environment are essential.
