STM Group have an excellent opportunity to join us as an apprentice customer service assistant. The position will be based at various locations, which will be defined by the client\’s network. You will be responsible for contributing to specific goals and targets set in accordance with the defined role.

Working Week: You will be working a variety of shifts across the MTR route over a period of seven days – Sunday to Saturday. You will be required to open or close the stations as required by the business, on the basis of 4 hours opening / 4 hours closing
