STM Group are looking for Customer Service Assistants who must be LOCAL to Egham or Virginia Water and be willing to work at other nearby train stations on the South West Rail network. Are you passionate about customer service? If yes, then we are looking for you!
Shift hours can differ from week to week. Applicants must be able to work early shifts starting at 6am, or late shifts finishing at 10pm. You may also be required to work split shifts i.e. 0600-1000 in the morning and then come back and work 1600-2000 in the evening - this is another reason why it is essential applicants live locally to the stations.

- Physically fit as the job requires you to be standing for long periods
- Successful applicants MUST be able to provide 5 years of work history for vetting (without gaps).
- Applicants must be living within the area due to shift times and have local knowledge
- Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
