Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a Performance Executive who has a passion not just for the art of marketing, but the science behind it too. This role will be across paid and organic, working with talented individuals to deliver digital marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who wants to grow and develop their career in a creative, dynamic agency. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry, we’ll provide you with all the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role.
The Job
- Work alongside channel managers to deliver campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, optimise on-page content, and contribute to technical SEO improvements.
- Set up and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, refining targeting, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
- Support programmatic activity by testing creatives, placements, and audience segments to improve reach and performance.
- Deliver paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and more.
- Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and campaign delivery across all channels, making manual optimisations where necessary.
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce digital-first creative that performs across formats.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and planning with data-driven ideas.
- Support Account Managers in delivering a high standard of service to clients.

The Package
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid working between home and our office locations in Manchester, Leeds, Rawtenstall. 3 days in an office location, 2 days working from home
- 4pm finish every Friday

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Relevant Field
