We are looking for graduates (available to work immediately) who wish to work in strategy consulting at a boutique firm in Central London. Our customers include international blue-chips such as Vodafone, BT, Microsoft and IBM and smaller, niche vendors. From start-ups to heritage brands, we deliver projects that improve their bottom line. As a member of the small-knit team you'll work alongside highly experienced professionals on real projects and assist in producing quality work to exacting standards and timescales.
Your main role on projects:
- On projects you will be a Project Analyst, supporting the Lead to conduct research and analysis, plus working on the final deliverable.
- As you progress, you will increasingly be expected to manage projects and update clients on how the project is progressing.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analysing data
- Developing presentations and client deliverables
- Researching industry trends
- Investigating and appraising data sources
- Interacting with clients
- Putting together client presentations
About you:
- Very strong academic background from leading university (minimum 2:1 in your first degree or equivalent)
- Highly analytical, comfortable thinking through problems and good at structuring answers whilst focusing on root causes of challenges to deliver insightful and sustainable solutions
- Proactive and self-starting individual who can take ownership of their work and drive outcomes across a team
- Capable of contributing to a collaborative and cohesive team environment
- Excellent communication skills with highly developed writing ability
- Creative thinker, with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Interest in, familiarity with, or even previous experience in digital industries and technology

Salary and application:
This role has a starting base salary of £40,000, with a performance-based bonus. We review salaries every 6 months based on performance reviews. Consultants that are on track with their development at 6-monthly reviews can expect a salary increase (c. 10%).
