St Julie’s Catholic High School is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cleaning Assistant to join our committed Premises Team.

Position Summary

You will support the Cleaning Supervisor and Facilities Manager in maintaining the school site utilising various cleaning equipment.

Hours & Working Pattern

10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Term time only (39 weeks per year) plus 10 hours during school holidays.

Pay & Holiday

Salary: £6,360 (pending Pay Award). 26 days holiday included.

Employment is subject to statutory pre-employment checks including satisfactory references, Enhanced DBS and Barred List checks, as the post involves regulated activity with children. The post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and shortlisted candidates must disclose any relevant criminal history prior to interview. An online search will also be completed for shortlisted candidates prior to interview.
