About This Role: The Business Strategist is a hybrid of a Technical Business Analyst and Program Manager. You will advise clients on campaign program strategy, platform migration, and implementation strategy, collaborating with Solution Architects, Email Developers, and Marketing Strategists to deliver Braze-centered marketing solutions. You will define project scope by gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements, aligning client objectives with system features. You will leverage your marketing technology expertise to expand client relationships and help solve project challenges. This role focuses on clients based in the United Kingdom. What You\'ll Do Collaborate with Solution Architects, Marketing Strategists, and Technical Producers to deliver projects and programs for clients centered around Braze and their integration partners Be the primary point of contact for our clients and Stitchers for project management activities Use your consulting expertise to lead new or existing accounts and drive work forward with a clear understanding of required work Analyze project details to understand client challenges and help create effective solutions Build relationships with clients at multiple business levels, Stitch partners, and internal teams through regular communication and value delivery Identify new work streams within the client relationship to expand Stitch\'s business Delegate tasks and organize workstreams across project teams Utilize Stitch\'s project management tool (Click-Up) to manage tasks and client project management tools Encourage clear documentation of solutions Schedule all meetings, project syncs, and on-site engagements Communicate effectively with all levels of client and Stitch teams to adhere to timelines Proactively manage the project budget and ensure resources for successful delivery Strengthen working relationships by delivering commitments on time and offering insights and recommendations Manage time to achieve quarterly billable hour targets Stay informed about Braze and related technologies; maintain a minimum of 3 Braze certifications (including Braze Marketer) Occasionally travel up to 20% to client sites for strategic discussions Perform additional duties as assigned What Does Success Look Like In This Role? You are the go-to advisor for clients on campaign strategy, platform migration, and implementation, providing deep strategic and technical Braze expertise You proactively strategize how technologies and processes affect the client team and business You build strong relationships with client teams and other Stitch teams to identify opportunities to serve You come prepared to every meeting with clients and Stitchers; communicate promptly and with urgency You manage your schedule to meet Stitch\'s quarterly billable targets, balancing heads-down work, client meetings, certifications, and time-tracking Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing technology and customer engagement implementations, preferably with Braze or similar platforms Solid understanding of marketing automation Ability to obtain 3 or more Braze Certifications after starting the role Experience leading meetings with various levels of marketing organizations Proven track record of leading project teams through full lifecycles Ability to work with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies Proactive problem-solving mindset and enthusiastic attitude Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights Ability to travel up to 20% Must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without employer sponsorship, now and in the future Benefits Flexible PTO policy Monthly tech stipend Private Insurance Expanded Bereavement Leave Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
