Responsibilities include parts control and monitoring team performance. This role will be part hands-on and part hands-off, with full autonomy on the night shift, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Work hours are flexible; you will be required to work 4 chosen nights across 6 nights, consisting of four 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Friday. - Management experience within an engineering function
- Experience working in an FMCG environment or similar fast-paced manufacturing operation
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
