As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead all electrical activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations. This role oversees electrical compliance, standards, and governance, and owns software version control and change management.
The supervisor leads capital project electrical scopes and provides technical authority and escalation support for shift electricians. A core focus is developing capability through coaching, training, and performance management of shift teams. Experience with Siemens STEP 7 is advantageous; fully fault finding (not programming) is required for this role.
Experience required for the role as an electrical maintenance supervisor:
- At least 5 years experience working as an electrically biased maintenance engineer with supervisory experience
- Level 3 qualified, ideally apprenticeship served
- Comfortable with all electrical fault finding including PLC fault finding - STEP 7 or Allen Bradley
