Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer available for your next contract? We are recruiting for a skilled contractor to support operations within a fast-paced, highly automated distribution environment.

As a Contract Electrical Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair across automated distribution equipment.
  • Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximise uptime.
  • Working with PLC-controlled systems, including basic fault finding and interrogation.
  • Accurately logging maintenance activities and work orders using internal systems.

Qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Strong background in electrical maintenance within an industrial, FMCG, or distribution environment. Ability to fault find on PLC systems. Proven experience in both reactive and planned maintenance. This role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern covering days, afternoons, and nights.
