Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer available for your next contract? We are recruiting for a skilled contractor to support operations within a fast-paced, highly automated distribution environment.

As a Contract Electrical Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair across automated distribution equipment.
  • Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximise uptime.
  • Working with PLC-controlled systems, including basic fault finding and interrogation.
  • Accurately logging maintenance activities and work orders using internal systems.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Strong background in electrical maintenance within an industrial, FMCG, or distribution environment.
  • Ability to fault find on PLC systems.
  • Proven experience in both reactive and planned maintenance.

This role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern covering days, afternoons, and nights.
