Technical Operator

Technical Operator. Nuneaton. Up to £35,000 DOE 15% shift allowance Bonus. Monday to Friday, Nights 10pm – 6am. As a Technical Operator, you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art food manufacturing equipment – including packaging lines, seasoning systems, conveyors, and high-speed filling machines. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, with a strong focus on quality and performance. Duties of the Technical Operator: * Operating and monitoring machinery in line with production targets and safety protocols. * Troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime. * Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment. * Working closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Training teams. * Driving improvements by suggesting and implementing smarter ways of working. * Using digital tools, such as Redzone to track production and report issues. What we look for: * Experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role. * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. * Good problem-solving skills and adaptability. * Confident communication and computer literacy.
