The CNC Production Engineer Technician will support new product introduction and production processes for components within the Motorsport and Defence sectors.

CNC Production Engineering Technician Responsibilities:

  • Create CNC programs for 5 Axis Milling Centres
  • Set up and support first-article and initial sample runs
  • Optimise tooling performance for cast iron and aluminium components
  • Conduct first off inspections and support ISIR/PPAP requirements
  • Troubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, and process instability
  • Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve non-conformances and improve processes

CNC Production Engineering Technician Essentials:

  • Experience with 5-axis CNC machining centres
  • Hands-on experience Offline programming (Ideally Hypermill)
  • Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment
