About the Role
We are recruiting a Site Engineering Manager for a leading FMCG business. You will lead the site engineering function, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-shift engineering team
- Drive planned, preventative and reactive maintenance strategies
- Improve uptime, reliability, and OEE
- Deliver CAPEX projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure full H&S compliance across all engineering activity
- Work closely with production and quality teams
About You
- Engineering leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong multi-shift team management background
- Experience with Lean, CI, and maintenance systems
- CAPEX and budget management experience
- Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3)
- Strong H&S knowledge (IOSH/PUWER desirable)
