Responsibilities:
- Operate shotblasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare metal components and fabricated assemblies for painting
- Monitor drying and curing processes and carry out touch-up work where required
- Conduct visual inspections
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning
Experience:
- Previous experience in shotblasting, industrial painting, powder coating, or surface preparation
- Fabrication environment experience advantageous
- Knowledge of paint application equipment and finishing processes preferred
- Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
