An exciting opportunity has become available for a Quality Inspector to join a business specialising in precision components within its Goods Inward department. This role is focused on ensuring all raw materials, manufactured components, and finished products meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect raw materials, manufactured parts, and finished products against required specifications.
  • Analyse and report non-conformities in line with ISO 9001 Quality Systems.
  • Carry out audits on goods received, manufacturing, and assembly procedures.
  • Maintain effective control of non-conforming products.
Experience:
  • Previous experience within a precision engineering environment.
  • Understanding of inspection and quality control processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards is advantageous.
  • Experience using quality measuring equipment (verniers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
  • CMM experience would be advantageous.
