A great opportunity to join a team on nights working within multiple sectors as a CNC Milling Programmer. You will play a key role in working on one-off and small batch projects. This is a hands-on position which will involve both Offline and Online work.
CNC Milling Programmer Responsibilities:- Set, operate and program 3-axis CNC machines for one-off and batch production projects.
- Create and edit programs using Siemens (Online).
- Offline programming using CAM software (Fusion 360, MasterCAM etc.).
- Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Quality measuring devices experience (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Around five years experience machining complex components.
- Skilled with Siemens controls.
- Offline CAD/CAM programming (Fusion 360 Desirable).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail.
