A great opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join a well-established aerospace and motorsport manufacturing business, supporting precision inspection processes and ensuring components meet industry standards.
Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret final drawings, stage drawings, and specifications
- Carry out first-off and final inspections using first principle inspection techniques
- Inspect finished components using a range of precision measuring equipment
- Produce and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
- Ensure all inspected parts meet required tolerances and specifications
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
Quality Inspector Experience:
- Experience using CMM machines (e.g. PC-DMIS) advantageous
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering preferred
