Quality, Safety, Environmental & Compliance Manager (QSEC Manager)Location: London - in and around M25 (with regular site and operational visits) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality, Safety, Environmental & Compliance (QSEC) Manager to join a leading organisation within the lift and engineering sector. This senior role is responsible for leading the company's Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Compliance functions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while driving a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001). Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation, environmental regulations, GDPR, and industry standards. Manage audits, certifications, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting. Oversee risk assessments, RAMS, COSHH, incident investigations, and RIDDOR reporting. Act as the main point of contact for regulators, auditors, and accreditation bodies. Provide technical compliance support, including Declarations of Conformity, Building Safety Regulator documentation, and interpretation of industry standards. About You Proven experience in a QSEC, HSEQ, or Compliance leadership role within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or a regulated environment. Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, ISO standards, and compliance frameworks. Experience leading audits and driving continuous improvement.
