Monday to Friday 8.30-5. Office based (to start with)

Have you got experience of leading from the front in a sales role? Confident with motivating, energising and pushing a team forward? Are you super organised and comfortable with juggling staff, customers, stakeholders and management? If so, we’d love to talk.

- 50% of your week is spent coaching the team, setting objectives, one to ones, dealing with escalations, queries, internal management and stakeholders.
- 50% of your week is calling lots of potential and existing customers, all of whom know who we are. We’re a well-respected, prestigious brand with a rich history.
We’re driven by quality, availability and good service. With this role you and your team will be given all the best tools, Salesforce, SAP, Barbour ABI (lead generation tools). This role will be calling through leads, asking good questions and arranging follow ups. Many of the sales you’ll make will be on call number one, some might take a few more contacts!
