The Role:
As a National Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing key retail and wholesale accounts. Whether you’re an experienced Senior National Account Manager or an ambitious National Account Executive, there’s a place for you to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day relationships with key retail and wholesale clients.
- Drive sales through relationship management, negotiating terms, cost prices, and JBPs.
- Manage promotional activities and identify new ranging opportunities.
- Collaborate across supply chain, export planning, and activity planning.
- Analyse data from Kantar, Nielsen, and customer reports to drive strategy.
- Handle customer queries, from availability to complaints, with confidence and professionalism.
