Do you have experience in fabrication finishing, fettling or assembly and have supervised a team? We are looking for an experienced Metal Finisher and Assembly leader, to work with a fabrication company within Nottinghamshire.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working within and supervising a team
- Grinding, deburring, metal finishing, as well as fettling
- Assembly operations, quality control
- Working with new staff members and training
- Team support, production targets and working with higher management
Skills & Experience:
- Previous team leading experience
- Experience hands-on within fabrication
- Able to work within a team and manage a team
