Responsibilities:
- Analyse production performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and process capability.
- Lead root cause investigations into manufacturing, safety and quality issues, implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Manage capital expenditure projects from quotation through to installation, validation and production implementation.
- Support the introduction of new products (NPI), equipment and manufacturing processes into production.
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the value stream.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, process instructions and engineering standards.
- Work closely with Production, Quality and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
