As a Project Engineer with extensive experience within electrical design utilising SCADA and PLC Systems, you will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions from cradle to grave projects across various industries.

In this client facing role you will be at the centre of everything from initial client contact to scope out the projects through design, production, test & commission and delivery. This Project Engineer's role is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a business at an exciting time as they grow with an ever expanding client base.

As a Project Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Produce and design the proposed solutions including Communications Networks, PLC and SCADA systems and Hardware.
  • Ensure all works and documentations are inline and scope of the project with particular focus on compliance to industry and safety standards.
  • Ensure all hardware being produced internally or externally is correct and fit for purpose for the lifespan of the end project.
  • Create and modify PLC, HMI and SCADA software.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate site installation including creating RAMS, Method Statements.
  • Undertake site testing, supervise contractors on site.

It is expected the successful candidate will be degree qualified within electrical or electronics engineering.

A successful track record of delivering cradle to grave project experience in a similar role is required.

Be an expert in system design including PLCs, SCADA, HMI and communications networks (Fibre, Ethernet, Serial etc).
