Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical Rugby, Warwickshire £51,645 Days (8am – 4:30pm) – Mon – Thurs (8am – 3:30pm) – Fri Benefits: Up to a 6% production bonus Excellent opportunities for further progression into more senior management roles – We have fantastic longevity amongst our existing team in maintenance Days Mon – Fri with no weekends and early finish on Friday We are looking for an electrical maintenance supervisor to join our team of 15 technicians at our heavy manufacturing facility in Rugby. We employ 30,000 people worldwide and have an annual turnover of over £10 billion. As a result, we can provide you with the best training and progression opportunities out there, as well as offering a generous days-based salary. Role and Responsibilities The role is a largely hands off role, roughly 80% hands off with 20% hands on work when getting involved on major breakdowns. Taking the lead on suggestions for major electrical improvements across the site Delegate day to day working responsibilities Manage and monitor performance of existing engineering staff and contractors including issuing permits to work. Ensuring health and safety compliance and adherence across the site.
