Job Description

Maintenance EngineerLeamington Spa, Warwickshire£38,000 – £41,000Days – 39 Hours A Week (8 – 5 Mon – Thurs) (8-12 Fri)Benefits:

  • Training Readily available such as mechanical maintenance, motor control training, welding courses, hydraulics/pneumatics courses.

We are looking for a mechanically bias maintenance engineer to join our large cradle to grave manufacturing site in Leamington Spa.We are currently going through a substantial site expansion with multi million pound investment being made into the site including renovating facilities and site infrastructure and bring in new machinery.We are a small tight knit team of 5 engineers on site in Leamington and due to increased demand, we are expanding our maintenance department, last year we boasted an annual turnover in excess of £100m and have reinvested this heavily into our maintenance department as demonstrated by the excess amount of training involved.Day to day responsibilities will include planned and reactive maintenance of bespoke machinery such as overhead cranes, welding, and fabrication sets, as well as some facilities maintenance, this role is suited to someone from a mixture of facilities and industrial maintenance background.Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a mechanically bias maintenance engineer
  • Some form of mechanical maintenance qualification (City and Guilds/NVQ/HNC)
  • Engineers from either a facilities or industrial background will be considered for this role.
