Maintenance Engineer – Leeds – Β£53,500 – Shifts (4 week rotation of days and nights) A market-leading UK manufacturer is growing and investing in its people. Your work will ensure equipment performs at its best and supports high-quality products every day. What youll do Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery Work with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues Follow all safety, quality and operational procedures Complete equipment inspections and maintain accurate records Support installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment Provide technical guidance to production teams Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency What youll bring Experience as an Engineering Technician in a manufacturing environment Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery Confident problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to read technical manuals, drawings and schematics Competent with relevant software and digital tools Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement Qualifications Level 3 NVQ, HNC/HND or City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Industry certifications (desirable) Forklift licence (advantageous) Benefits Competitive salary 12-hour rotating shifts (6am6pm / 6pm6am), 36.5 hours per week Monthly product allowance Private medical options Life assurance Company bonus scheme 24/7 GP access Enhanced pension contribution Generous holidays including bank holidays High-street discounts and wellbeing support Ready to take the next step in your engineering career?
