My client is a high-end architectural glazing company manufacturing in Europe. They have decades of experience and many years here in the UK. You would be joining a company that already has strong foundations and is now investing in further growth. The products are not designed for standard commercial markets; they focus on high-end developments, self-build and specialist timber and modular build markets.

The role of Specification Sales Manager will focus on driving new project business. You will attend all relevant trade shows and exhibitions, and you will project track potential new business via Glennigans. Educating architects and completing CPDs will be a part of this role. This is a new business role, and we require you to come with product knowledge, experience and contacts. More than this, though you need to be an out-and-out developer of business. This is a huge opportunity for the right person to long-term run the whole of this UK business.

Backgrounds I would want candidates to come from:

  • Specification sales (Essential)
  • Architectural Glazing
  • Timber Windows and Doors
  • Commercial Glazing
  • Structural Glazing
  • Daylight Solutions
  • Roof Glazing
