Im currently working with a metal recycling company in Shepshed, who are looking to bring in a hands on Maintenance Supervisor to strengthen their engineering team on a Monday to Friday days basis. This isnt a role where youll be stuck behind a desk, youll still be very much on the tools, while also taking ownership of the day to day coordination of the maintenance function.
