Coordinate administrative tasks such as order tracking, promotional planning, and internal reporting. Maintain accurate records of account activity, promotions, and stock levels. Assist with preparing customer presentations, reports, and sales materials. Help manage customer queries, product availability checks, and general account support. Monitor sales and customer data, supporting analysis to help guide strategy. Some experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role. FMCG or managing Amazon accounts experience is a plus. Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in a commercial environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
