The company is expanding and doing really well, they are now looking for a Maintenance Manager that will be responsible for supporting engineering excellence, focusing on OEE, reliability, scheduling, continuous improvement, day to day meetings, dealing with contractors and more. This is mainly desk based - they are looking for a real people's person that is organised and can demonstrate they have experience in the above.

The Maintenance Manager will benefit from days only hours, book 4 days off and get 12 days off work, be able to drive excellence within the maintenance team and feel more than just a number in a big company.

Experience required for the Maintenance Manager:

  • Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) or Apprenticeship served
  • At least 5 years experience working as a senior maintenance engineer/maintenance manager
  • Experience leading people
  • IT literate - experience with CMMC and Microsoft packages
  • Any maintenance engineer from manufacturing or ex-forces welcome to apply: FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, etc.
