Grinder Machinist in Stoke-on-Trent

Salary up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)

Day Shift or Night Shift – Permanent

Do you have experience working within machining or precision parts, within either one-off or large batch work? Are you a setter/operator or programmer and looking for a new opportunity?

What you will be doing:

  • Operating and setting up cylindrical grinding machines
  • Knowledge of grinding machinery manual or CNC
  • Daily maintenance and inspections on machinery
  • Ensure all work is completed on shop floor
  • Working within a team to support orders
  • Minimising downtime and monitoring productivity

Skills Experience:

  • Proven CNC experience
  • Knowledge ideally with CNC grinding machinery
  • Able to follow health and safety
  • Able to read engineering drawings
