Responsibilities
- Be the first point of call for problems as you are the Subject Matter Expert for all IT related issues
- Planning and implementing of the sites IT and telephone systems
- Plan, Implement and Commission any IT related Projects for the business
- Ensure that all hardware, software and network systems are maintained
- Identifying faults, issues then working the problem to find the solution
- Checking finished products to ensure compliant with spec before release
- Maintain all documentation including contracts and licenses
Skills & Experience
- A proven track record in IT support and administration of IT systems
- Be fluent with a comprehensive knowledge of Networking principles
- Be Proficient with experience in cloud platforms
- Be able to work with file servers, backup solutions and active directory
- It's expected that you will hold certifications in IT and IT Support
